Located in centre of town and walking distance to restaurants and minimarket. Helpful and friendly staff. Room is clean.
Need to improve on the security of the back entrance of this hotel. Didn't feel safe during my stay there.

Great location and reasonable price.
Very noisey party in room somewhere close by. Could hear the next room through walls.

The location is great, good walking distance to all the local facilities. This is the second time that we have stayed here. I spent a little extra for the room and it was worth it. The bathroom and bedroom were larger than the cheaper ones it also had a balcony the other plus side was that you didn't have the constant drone of the refrigerators from the building next door.
It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony so you could sit out in the sun in the evening. The sliding door to the balcony could do with being made to run smoothly on its runners.

Got brand-new, reasonably priced room with a nice view, garden access, for example. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff has always been extremely helpful and very amiable, and the facilities were really good.

Hotel is in need of a re-vamp. Looks very old fashioned and tired, TV's are old, bed not too comfy and it was very noisy as the fridge kept us awake throughout the night.

The location is good to walk to the Lake.
We asked for a twin room and got a room with bunk beds and an un made up double bed. The room had dead squashed flies over the wall and ceiling. The room was tired at best.

The location is fantastic with quick access to the lake, and the staff are warm and friendly. The room features are decent but make sure to clarify about Wi-Fi and room size, as they can be a letdown if expected otherwise. It’s a pleasant option for a short stay.

The view was lovely and the room was very clean, although small
We were on the first floor with no lift and it was a long way to carry luggage. Semi detached kitchen was on ground floor so lots of climbing up and down stairs

We stayed for 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room with Lake View, enjoying the refreshing decor and fine garden views. The coffee shop nearby was perfect for our morning caffeine fix. Loved having self-serve laundry available for freshening up our travel clothes, and the nearby Mexican restaurant was a hit for dinner.
